For your information: LP means the list price of the property on the date escrow was opened. SALES PRICE means the final sales price at the close of escrow. If there are two numbers listed for LP that means a variable asking price. ORIG. PRICE means the asking price the seller started with. If the LP is lower than the ORIG PRICE, then the seller lowered the asking price. If the LP is higher that means the seller raised the ORIG PRICE.
