Our commission schedule is simple, just 3.5% of the sale price. Of that, BG Barnes receives 1% and the co-operating broker that represents the buyer receives 2.5%

Why is this commission split so important to mention? Most commissions are split 50/50 between the listing broker and the selling broker-not with BG Barnes. In our continuing effort to ensure a speedy sale of your property, and to maximize your savings, BG Barnes receives less than the buyer's broker.

The result? You (the seller) receive exactly what you want - the sale of your home at greatly reduced costs. And the selling broker receives the commission rate they expect, so they're motivated to show your home.

In order for sellers to be eligible for the 3.5% commission, they must have BG Barnes respresent them on the purchase of their replacement property. They also must be pre-approved for a loan on the replacement property. Otherwise the commission is 4%.
