BUYER QUALIFICATIONS FOR BONUS



1. Buyer to be pre-approved by a lender-not just being just pre-qualified.
2. Buyer to show proof that they have the necessary funds for down payment and closing costs.
3. Buyer should have a good idea on what area of the county they are interested in purchasing a home.


The Buyer Bonus program offers qualified buyers up to a $5,000.00 credit for closing costs. The credit will be through escrow. The buyer and BG Barnes Real estate will execute a contract (PDF)  that will be delivered to escrow upon the execution of a purchase contract between the buyer and the seller. The credit will be paid through escrow.

The Bonus program will not apply to any home with a purchase price under $300,000. 

The buyer will receive 1% of the final sales price upon the close of escrow. BG Barnes Real Estate will instruct escrow to credit the buyer that amount from funds owed to BG Barnes Real estate from the listing agent of the property the buyer is purchasing. Escrow must close for this offer to be effective and BG Barnes Real estate must receive a commission from listing agent.
